Legislative Decree 614 of El Salvador deals with a special Law that aims to establish the conditions for granting credits for productive activities, so that the regulatory requirements are not an obstacle to access to credit in financial institutions, regardless of whether or not they are subject to the regulation issued by the Central Reserve Bank.
It is an important incentive for SMEs in El Salvador, as it will facilitate access to Credits and find financial relief generated due to recent events.
